Dues
	Dues are due on the 1st of May. We now accept payments via PayPal whether you have an account with PayPal or not. Note that there's a drop-down window to select proper Dues amount according to your membership category. Click Pay Now below. - If you are a new member, or wish to update your contact info, please download a NOGS Membership Form by clicking here.

Luncheons
	Luncheons occur every month, usually on the first Monday. In the event the first Monday falls on a Legal Holiday, the Luncheon is held on the second Monday. Please see the listing of Luncheon dates with Speakers & Abstracts on the Upcoming Events page, accessed from the homepage's "Where To Go" link. You can purchase addition Persons once you have reached the PayPal order summary screen. Just change the quantity from 1 to the number you wish to purchase. Click the link UPDATE to update the total. Please click ADD under Special Instruction to designate who will be covered by this payment then Click SAVE. Once you are satisfied with the purchase, click PAY NOW.

Friends Of NOGS Office Fund
	The Friends of the NOGS Office (FONO) was established to assure there would be adequate resources to maintain a permanent office for the Society's records, daily operations, and for the Board of Directors and Committee meetings. The FONO is not covered by the NOGS Memorial Foundation's IRS 501(c)3. Therefore, contributions should be recorded as a business expense on your IRS Tax Form. You can make donations to our Office Fund below.

NOGS Memorial Foundation
	Donations to the Memorial Foundation are tax deductible, as they are covered by our IRS 501(c)3 status. Only the accrued interest is used annually for awarding scholarships to Geology students at UNO, Tulane and LSU. Usually, the scholarships are presented to the students at the September Luncheon meeting. Occasionally, funds are also distributed for selected worthy educational requests. NOTE: Within PayPal, once you have reached the review donation screen, please click the link for the "Add Special Instructions For The Seller" to designate in whose memory or honor the donation is made.

NOGS Advertising
	Payments to NOGS for advertising in the NOGS LOG: NOTE: Within PayPal, once you have reached the review payment screen, please enter amount on received invoice and be sure to click the link for the "Please specify ad type (LOG or Website)" to indicate which advertisement you are purchasing.

NOGS Special Events
	Use this button to pay for special events; i.e., Christmas Holiday Party, Golf Tournament, etc. NOTE: Please check the NOGS website's Events listings for price per person for specific activities.
